On June 10, 2022, LYDINC Company - Vietnam, Exscitec Company - UK, and STEMax Company - Vietnam, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Implementing the British Science Association's CREST Award and Coordinating the Development of international standard STEM education programs in Vietnam.
Firstly, about Exscitec, they create and manages events and projects for educators, government, industry, and young people. Next is LYDINC Company, LYDINC is a consultant on STEAM+ development program in Vietnam. Finally, STEMax is an educational support unit, providing the maximum STEM experience environment for students under the guidance of dedicated scientists and industry professionals

The signing ceremony of cooperation between 3 companies took place online via Zoom
With the desire to promote, spread, and improve the quality of K-12 STEM education in Vietnam, STEM Alliance. LYDINC Company - Vietnam, Exscitec Company - UK, and STEMax Company - Vietnam discussed and signed a cooperation agreement. At the collaboration agreement signing ceremony, representatives of leaders of the three units, Mr. Pham Nguyen Hoang Thinh (STEMax - CEO) and Dr. Nguyen Thi Anh Thu - Founder, LYDINC Ltd and Mr. Alan West, Chief Executive, Exscitec Limited signed an agreement on orientation of cooperation contents between the three parties.
The collaboration agreement serves as the foundation for the three parties to collaborate on the development of a comprehensive cooperation strategy to construct international quality STEM education programs in Vietnam. The heads of the units expressed their satisfaction at the event and hoped that signing a memorandum of understanding would open up prospects for the three units’ development and proposed after the cooperation agreement was signed.

Dr. Nguyen Thi Anh Thu - Founder LYDINC Ltd expressed her opinion in the signing ceremony. “LYDINC and British Council Vietnam have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on collaborating to deliver and promote STEM education to the community in Vietnam. The MoU will see the three units work together to deploy many common interesting programs such as Women in STEM, SDG oriented curriculum, STEM education quality assurance and more than that, to develop other initiative STEM programs later on.”.
Representative of British Council, Ms. Hoang Van Anh shared her message at the end of the event: “We hope that our collaboration will grow and provide more opportunities for young people. Because we all know that STEM education will play a significant part in the future workforce. Furthermore, it would be fantastic if we could give more educational opportunities for girls, and we could look to Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thu as an amazing example of STEM for Women. The British Council will always be happy to assist you in your efforts.”
Before the signing session ended, DNAs signing activities took held to assure the information and knowledge that the signatories wanted to maintain while also reaffirming the degree of information security by signing three cooperation units:

- The representatives from LYDINC’s staff.
