The starting point of LYDINC is Fablab - Da Nang Maker Innovation Space, located in the campus of Da Nang University and establish in 2016. Fablab Maker Innovation Space is a unique educational environment that fosters creativity and exploration. It is a place where students can learn, experiment, and apply scientific and engineering knowledge in real-life contexts. Equipped with professional tools and equipment, students are encouraged to experiment, innovate, and develop problem-solving skills naturally. Fablab Maker Innovation Space also provides opportunities for collaborative work, fostering interactive exploration and fostering collaborative thinking. By creating a stimulating and exciting learning environment, the Innovation Space helps students develop creative skills, critical thinking, and an approach to practical, real-world solutions.
LYDINC offers a wide range of STEAM programs tailored to learners of different ages and goals. Our programs include the prestigious CREST Awards from the British Science Association, STEAMer program, and experiential activities.
In our distinctive STEAM programs, we inspire students to ask questions, seek solutions, and think outside the box. They actively participate in experiential learning, utilizing the tools and technologies available in our LYDINC Maker Innovation Space to create prototypes, conduct experiments, and analyze data. We strongly encourage students to explore the interconnections between various subjects, fostering a comprehensive understanding of concepts. Through our programs, students not only acquire technical knowledge related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math but also develop critical thinking skills and adaptability to thrive in an ever-changing world. CREST is an award managed by the British Science Association, designed to inspire students aged 5-19 to think and act like scientists and engineers across 6 different levels. LYDINC is proud to be the Regional Coordinator for CREST Training and Administration in the territory of Central Viet Nam.
STEAMer is an innovative and comprehensive STEAM program designed specifically for students aged 6-16. STEAMer aim is to empower students to develop 21st-century skills and become responsible global citizens who are ready to face worldwide changes and problems.
STEAM Robotics is a unique and creative learning program that aims to develop students' problem-solving skills, computational thinking and a solid foundation in technology through the design and construction of Robots from basic levels to advanced levels.
Experiential activities at LYDINC Maker Innovation Space aim to provide students with opportunities to explore their own capabilities and interests through challenges in six areas: Science, Electronics, Mechanical, Engineering, Fun Science, Art, and 3D-CNC.
